These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and titi40 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). 1.1 Definitions. The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
1.2 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "days" mean calendar days unless otherwise specified. References to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) are to the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of Indonesia to register an Account on titi40. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and residency at any time. Accounts registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and all funds forfeited.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual (whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods) are strictly prohibited. If We detect duplicate Accounts, We reserve the right to close all related Accounts and void all associated bets, winnings, and bonuses.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Us immediately via email at [email protected].

All deposits are processed in IDR. We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit/debit cards issued outside Indonesia.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Verified Accounts enjoy higher deposit limits. Contact customer support for specific limits applicable to your Account.
Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB 08:00-16:00 on weekdays). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day.
titi40 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
Before processing any withdrawal, titi40 requires full KYC verification of your identity and address. You must provide the following documents:
Documents must be submitted via the Account verification section in your titi40 dashboard. Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is successfully completed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain e-wallets), you must nominate an Indonesian bank account in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your Account verification status and betting history. Standard Accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day. Higher limits are available for VIP members.
Once KYC is complete and a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically transferred within 5-30 minutes during WIB business hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays.
Deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before a withdrawal can be requested. This applies to the deposit amount only, not to winnings. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place at least Rp 500.000 in bets before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement is an anti-money-laundering measure mandated by international payment processing standards.
titi40 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. From the fourth withdrawal onwards in the same month, a processing fee of 2% (minimum Rp 10.000) applies. Your bank or e-wallet provider may also impose receiving fees.
All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless there is a clear technical error or the event is voided. titi40 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of manipulation, match-fixing, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change at any time before the event starts. Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules published on the Platform.

Results are final and cannot be disputed. titi40 is not responsible for any errors in draw results published by the official draw provider. In the event of a technical error in displaying results on the Platform, the official draw result will be considered final.
The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
titi40 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual events, markets, or Accounts. Limits vary by sport, league, and Account status. High-stake bets may be subject to manual review before acceptance.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to Eligible Players only. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet size, and expiry dates. Most bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino games 10%.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different Accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
All bonuses have an expiry date, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days after issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Active bonus balances and remaining wagering requirements can be viewed in your Account dashboard.
titi40 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity, We may void bonuses, cancel bets, and close Accounts as deemed necessary.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of your choosing (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for at least 72 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

While We strive to ensure that the Platform is available 24/7, We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. titi40 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
Sports betting odds, casino games, and togel draws are provided by third-party data feeds and game studios. While We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, We are not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party content. In the event of a clear pricing error (e.g., odds displayed as 100.00 instead of 1.00), We reserve the right to void affected bets.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, titi40 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue, including your Account username, date and time of the incident, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and resolve disputes within 10 business days. Complex cases involving third-party providers or payment processors may take longer.
All decisions made by titi40 management regarding disputes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and Account issues are final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied after our internal review process, you may seek independent advice, but We are not obligated to engage with external mediators.
titi40 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of outstanding bets and wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.
titi40 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if We reasonably believe that you have:
Upon closure for breach, all bets may be voided, bonuses forfeited, and Account balances confiscated.
Accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 deducted from the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance for 24 months may be permanently closed.
All content on the titi40 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software code, game interfaces, and text, is the exclusive property of titi40 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. However, We retain the right to bring enforcement proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are domiciled or where your assets are located.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by titi40 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of titi40.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and titi40 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any third party at our sole discretion.
